Everything your guests need, in one QR code

No app to install, no account to make, no list of links to send around. One code takes your guests straight to your private gallery, and it works the same for your best friend as for your grandad.

One QR code for every day of the wedding

Welcome dinner on Friday, ceremony on Saturday, brunch on Sunday. One QR code and one gallery cover all of it, and the gallery stays open until you close it, so late photos still find their way in.

Run it with your co-hosts

Invite your partner, your mum or your maid of honour by email. Moderators approve and hide photos alongside you, and viewers can follow along without changing anything.

Private, secure and yours

Your gallery is private by default: only people with your QR code or link can open it, and it never shows up in search engines. Approve photos before they appear, hide anything later, and download everything in original quality.

Works in any country, on any phone

Destination wedding in Italy, with family flying in from three countries? The upload page opens in any phone’s browser, iPhone or Android, in English, French or Italian.

The best spots for your wedding photo QR code

Where you put the code decides how many photos you get back. Put it on table signs, little cards and the programme, in the places guests already look while they wait. These five spots work at almost any wedding.

Before the wedding

Show the code at the engagement party or the shower too. Guests try it once, so on the big day they already know what to do.

As you walk out of the ceremony

Put a sign where guests head out after the vows. People in the back rows catch angles your photographer never sees.

The bar at cocktail hour

Everyone waits for a drink anyway. A small sign on the bar turns that wait into a minute of uploading.

On every table

A little QR card next to the centrepiece stays in view all evening. Guests scan it between courses, while they chat.

By the dance floor

A sign near the DJ catches people between songs, and their photos show up in your gallery while the party is still going.

After you create your event, pick a printable QR card template and add your own names and date.

Wedding photo QR code vs. other ways to share

Most ways of collecting wedding photos lose a lot of them along the way. A hashtag only gets the photos people remember to post. Group chats shrink every picture. And with nothing bringing it all together, you only ever see a small part of what your guests took.

Asking in the group chat is what most couples end up doing, and it works the worst. Photos come back small, videos come back blurry, and you have to remind people one by one. A QR code on each table does the asking for you. Guests scan it, add their photos right there at full size, and it all lands in one album.

With a QR code, couples can expect anywhere from 200 to 2,000 photos depending on the size of the wedding, compared to the handful they’d get without one. Here’s the full comparison.

“Our wedding ran over three days with 300 guests, and one QR code covered all of it. Even the aunts who avoid technology uploaded, and by the last morning we had photos from every ceremony.”

“As maid of honour I was a co-host, so I kept an eye on the gallery during dinner and hid a few blurry shots before the slideshow started. Everything else went straight up on the big screen.”

What to look for in a QR code for wedding photos

They’re not all the same. Some only take photos, some make your guests download an app first, and some keep charging you every month. Here’s what’s worth checking before you pick one.

  • No app, no sign-in required

Ask people to download an app and most of them won’t bother, especially halfway through the reception. Look for one that opens straight in the phone’s browser: point the camera at the code, tap, upload.

  • More than just photos

Photos are only part of the day. Guests should be able to send videos and write you a few words too, and you should be able to put it all on a screen while the party is still going.

  • Your page, your look

Guests should land on a page with your names and a style that matches your day, not a plain upload form. It sets the mood, and it tells people they’re in the right place.

  • Original quality photos & videos

Some services shrink photos to save space. They look fine on a phone, then turn blurry the moment you print one or put it in an album. The files you download should be exactly what your guests took.

  • One price, no subscription

A wedding happens once, so the bill should too. Watch out for monthly plans that keep charging you long after the last guest has gone home. Pay once for the event and be done.

  • You decide what gets shown

Not every photo belongs on the big screen. You should be able to hide anything in one tap, and bring it back later if you change your mind, before Grandma sees it.

The best photos of your wedding are on your guests’ phones

Asking everyone in the group chat rarely works. People forget, or send you blurry, squashed copies. So put one QR code on the tables instead. Guests point their phone camera at it and add their photos and videos in a few taps. No app, no sign-up. Even Grandma can do it. The next morning it’s all in one private album, in full quality, ready to download.
