Using the service
CameraRollShare lets organisers collect photos, short videos and messages through private event links. Keep your account secure and share access responsibly.
Your contributions
You keep your rights in the content you share. You give the service permission to store, process and display it to support the event and its authorised viewers. Only upload content you have permission to share.
Respectful use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, expose someone’s private information without permission, or interfere with the service. Organisers and moderators can hide contributions; access may be restricted to address misuse.
Plans and payments
Paid plans are one-time purchases for individual events. The total and applicable tax are displayed at checkout. Each new paid plan creates a separate event. Free Trial events cannot be upgraded. Eligible paid Premium events may upgrade to Premium+.
Payment confirmation
A return from checkout is not proof of payment. Your purchase screen confirms when payment has been verified. If a payment needs review, contact support before starting a second checkout.
Storage and downloads
Your plan limits apply to uploads and storage. Download your content before the retention period ends. The service is not a permanent archive, and interruptions can affect uploads or access.
Cancellations and refunds
Contact support about an incorrect or disputed payment. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. The operator’s refund process, cancellation rules and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before these terms are published as final.
